Restaurant "Chiarito"

Restaurant Chiarito means Mediterranean tradition.....

The history of our place shows that we wanted to create a small restaurant above the wonderful Sant’Angelo bay, a restaurant that spoke of us, of our farm and of the history of Punta Chiarito, which was the place of the first Greek settlement on the island and of the discovery of the first vine seed planted by the Greeks.

In both restaurants of the hotel the local produces of our farm are an excellent basis for our cooking: vegetables, fruits, wine, oil, all year long.

The ambient is very pleasant, held in white and with ceramics.

The chef chose traditional dishes for the menu but also a mix of Mediterranean flavours and cultures.

Our dining room staff will offer you a selection of typical wines, which are abundant in Italy, hoping that the Chiarito (it means “clear” because of the constant sun and therefore of a maximum of light) will enlighten your evenings…
